How do I get Premium back on a new phone?
Open Settings, then Premium, then Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Acorn & Twig. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
What happens if Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted. Everyone stays in your treehouse to view. You choose 3 people to keep editing, with reminders, and the rest are view only until Premium is back.
Is my information backed up?
Yes. It's included in your normal iPhone iCloud Backup. With Premium you can also turn on iCloud sync, and Settings, then Export all data, makes a copy anytime.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, then Delete all data, removes it from your phone. Deleting the app does the same.
Does the person I share with need an account?
No. They just need the free Acorn & Twig app.
