What we collect
Nothing. Acorn & Twig has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We don't receive the names, dates, notes, photos or gift ideas you add.
Where your information lives
Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone. It's included in your normal iPhone backup to your own Apple iCloud account if you have backups turned on. If you turn on iCloud sync (Premium), your data is kept in your private iCloud storage, which Apple manages and we can't see.
Sharing
Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it, for example by sending a wish list in a message or sharing one profile with someone you pick. Hidden gifts are never shared.
Photos and notifications
If you add a photo, the app asks for permission to use your camera or photo library, and the photo stays in the app on your phone. Reminders are scheduled on your phone; we don't send them from a server.
Purchases
Premium is bought through Apple. Apple handles payment, and we never see your card details. If Premium ends, nothing is deleted.
Shopping links
Some gift ideas offer a "Find it online" link to stores like Amazon or Etsy. If you tap one, that store's own privacy policy applies. We may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.
Emailing us
If you email us for help, we use your message and address only to reply to you.
Children
Acorn & Twig isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone.
